Our Story
HealthHQ was born from our own family's health journey. As a Marine Corps veteran and father of five, I thought I could handle any challenge. But when our daughter's severe eczema and our boys' behavioral issues left us feeling helpless, we knew we needed a different approach.

Through months of data collection and pattern recognition, we discovered something remarkable: small, precise lifestyle changes made dramatic differences. Our daughter's eczema cleared. Our boys' behaviors transformed. No medications needed.
But the process was overwhelming – notebooks everywhere, spreadsheets, trying to connect dots between scattered information.
